Return And Exchanges:
Neotogs.com always there best tries to display best products and always try most effetely and correctly to delivery products. If delivered product found damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us our customer care number: +88 01888714667 or also you can email us [email protected] . Product return, exchange, refund depending on our return, exchange, refund policy.
We provide 7 days return policy. If you decide return your products, you returned within a period of 7 days from the delivery date. And you have four valid reasons to return products:
- Wrong products (Wrong color, Size) delivery.
- Product with missing parts delivery.
- Product with major quality defects.
- Incorrect product description on website.
When you have valid reasons to return products, you need to proof of purchase (order number, Invoice number, etc) and you must include the products.
- Product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- Intact, unworn, unwashed and without any defect.
- Product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging or box.
- If product was delivered in a second layer of Fashionatebd pack, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping form. Customer is advised not to put any tape or stickers or write on the manufacturer’s box.
- Neotogs.com reserve the right to reject the claim, if product is returned to us in an inadequate condition.
The following products we cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
- Skincare, Cosmetics & Perfumes
- Consumables such as cigars and beverages
- Downloadable software products
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Personal hygiene items such as earrings, wigs and combs

REFUND PAYMENT:
Product eligible for a refund only two reasons-
- If we are not able to fulfill the order.
- If customer cancel the product before deliver from our warehouse.
If the customer already made an advance payment against their order, the customer will receive a full refund. If the refund amount is below Tk 500, the refund amount only will be disbursed through bKash, Rocket or Nagat account of the customers. NB: We may cancel any order within 4 working days if the stock of the ordered item(s) is temporarily unavailable. In that case we refund full amount to customer instantly if payment already paid.
